Many 12-Step recovery program members have adopted Centering Prayer and other meditative methods for their daily 11th Step practice:

Our half-day retreat at the Center for Contemplative Living in Denver offers an opportunity to deepen an 11th Step practice in a quiet, contemplative setting. Join us for a morning in silence with four twenty minute periods of meditation with short breaks, followed by sharing of reflections and experiences by participants. The retreat is open to 12-Step program members and others interested in 12-Step spirituality.
