Lend A Helping Hand - Volunteer at The Center

Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit;

And there are varieties of service, but the same Lord;
And there are varieties of working, but it is the same God who inspires them all in everyone.
To each is given the manifestations of the Spirit for the common good.

1 Corinthians 12:4-7

Are you looking for a way to serve?

We may be just the right fit for you.  We have several areas where we could use your support.   But you needn’t limit your creativity!  Perhaps you possess a unique skill set you’d like to share.  We would love to hear from you!

Introduction

Contemplative Outreach of Colorado (COC) operates according to the CO Vision, Theological Principles and Guidelines for Contemplative Outreach Service.  Our staff, volunteers and prayer group members experience a sense of community that is interactive, interconnected, interdependent and dynamic. We aspire to function without a hierarchical structure and to share Centering Prayer and its contemplative vision as widely as possible.

The purpose of Contemplative Outreach is to provide programs and resources for on-going support, not only for Centering Prayer, but for the organization, which holds the commitment to continue to share Centering Prayer.
