TAKEDOWN REQUESTS

From time to time, the Website will publish posts with images from other third-party websites. Any such use is considered fair use under copyright laws and is fully attributed to the owner. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on the Website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and falls outside of fair use, please send a request to staff@centeringprayer.net, and we will remove the image within 2 to 5 business days.

PURCHASING POLICY

On the Website, you may purchase "Products".   Products include workshops, classes, conferences and retreats. The following policies (“Purchase Policies”) will apply to all purchases you make on the Website.

PRICES

All prices listed on the Website are subject to change without notice. The price you will be charged will be the price in effect at the time you submit your order. Any applicable sales tax or other charges will be added to your total before the purchase is completed.

The Organization strives to ensure that all information displayed on the Website related to the Products is accurate, including pricing, availability, and product descriptions. In the event that the Organization discovers an error in any Product information, including pricing, the Organization reserves the right to make corrections to any inaccuracies or incorrect information. The Organization reserves the right to cancel orders for Products that contain errors.
 

PAYMENTS

Unless otherwise stated, payments are due and will be collected at the time you place your order. The Organization will collect all payments through the Website, which are processed through the Organization’s payment processor. All acceptable methods of payment will be listed at the time of purchase.

By purchasing any Product(s), you agree to pay the total amount due and authorize the Organization, through its payment processor, to charge your payment method under the payment method you choose for the amount listed. By entering the payment information, you represent a) that all payment information is true and accurate, b) that you are authorized to use the payment method, and, c) all charges you incur will be honored by your payment method.
 

REFUNDS
 

Refund Policies for Workshops, Classes, Conferences:

You may request a refund within 7 days of the event date. To request a refund, please email staff@centeringprayer.net
 

Refund Policies for Retreats at Sacred Heart Retreat Center:

If you register for a retreat, and you need to cancel, you may request a refund up to 3 weeks prior to the start of the retreat for a full refund.  Cancellations received within 3 weeks before the start date due to COVID or other health issues will receive a full refund.  Partial refunds for other cancellations due to emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis except in cases of no shows which receive no refund.  Please refer to the specific retreat information on our website for the exact date limitations.

CANCELLATIONS

The Organization reserves the right to cancel any event.  If an event is cancelled, you will be notified via email and issued a full refund. 

SCHOLARSHIPS

The Organization offers scholarships on many of its Products. Such scholarships are offered at the Organization's sole discretion.  The scholarship application is available on the website at https://www.centeringprayer.net/scholarship

LICENSE TO USE THE PRODUCTS

The Organization is the creator and owner of the Products, subject to any licensed materials which authorize the Organization to utilize certain content within the Products. The Organization reserves all rights in the Products. Unauthorized use of the Organization’s intellectual property will be considered infringement and the Organization reserves all rights and remedies.

By purchasing the Products, the Organization is granting you, the purchaser, a revocable limited license for your personal use of the Product(s). Commercial use of the Products is strictly prohibited. You may not share, distribute, display, perform, resell, republish, or create derivative works based upon the Products.

Usage of the Products for commercial purposes, such as reselling, is strictly prohibited.

COMMUNICATION ABOUT PRODUCTS

If you purchase a Product, you will enter your email address at the time of purchase. You agree that we may email you regarding this purchase. You may also be added to our mailing list to receive additional information about our products and services, if you opt in at the time of your purchase.
