Human Condition

In this six-week course, Fr. Keating continues to expand on the human condition, using an evolutionary model for human development. He describes the pre-rational energy centers, and introduces us to the concept of the false self with its afflictive emotions.

The course will cover:

• The practice of Centering Prayer,
• The use of Centering Prayer to dismantle our false self and,
• The use of Centering Prayer to support the healing of our emotional wounds of a lifetime
